St. Lawrence was pretty radical, even for a saint. A Robin Hood-like figure, he defied the wealthy Roman Catholic Church to redistribute its riches among the poor, a noble cause the saint died for. When wild adventurer JP Cortez discovered a promising gold mine in Nevada, he named it San Lorenzo in homage.
We called our unusual wedding band SAN LORENZO to celebrate all freethinkers: men who march to the beat of their own drum.
