When metal is stated to be gold, it is solid 14 or 18 Carat gold (not gold plated), platinum is 95% platinum the purest form available for jewelry, and if the item contains diamonds, all diamonds are natural mined diamonds.Where does Rockford Collection source their diamonds from?All of our diamonds are natural and ethically sourced using the Kimberley Process from trusted sources in Belgium and Israel.What ring sizes do you carry?Our available Ring Sizes are 4-13, all other sizes made upon request, which are then considered customized and not refundable. Select a custom size by scrolling down on the ring size dropdown menu.
Choose option "Confirm size after purchase" if you're unsure of your ring size. Our team will promptly send you a ring sizer within one day of placing your order to confirm it.
Can I customize a Rockford ring?All Rockford Collection rings can be customized with any desired precious metal, gem stones or finish type. Please email us Here, stating the ring name, style number and your ring size with customization requirements. Shortly after, you’ll receive an email from our design team with a quote for your customized ring design. Upon your approval and payment, we will start the production process for your ring, which takes 20+ working days. Allow an additional 2-3 business days for Express shipping. To qualify for a return or exchange products must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage and have all original packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.
All custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange. Custom orders are limited to exchange for size only within 14 days of receipt.
How to ship your jewelry back for return, exchange or repair
1. Ship the jewelry in our original jewelry box. If the box is missing, place it into any small box so the jewelry wouldn’t get damaged while in transit. 2. Include warranty card or a note with your original order number which starts with RC#... 3. Specify what needs to be done with the jewelry on a note. 4. Ship the jewelry using hard shipping box (not a soft envelope) via Fedex or UPS insured mail to address bellow: “SHIPPING DEPARTMENT RC - FL” 2200 NW 2nd Ave #112 Miami, FL 33127 5. Follow up with an email after shipping the package.
