All international packages are shipped via FedEx or UPS services. All items shipped internationally will be subject to any shipping back to the USA covered by the client.Customs
Please note that some countries will charge additional fees at local customs (U.S. customers are not subject to any extra charges). Most countries will charge only VAT based on the declared value of the package to be paid upon delivery (most European countries) or import duties (Canada, Australia). These charges are the buyer's responsibility as they are not additional shipping or insurance charges.Certificate of Authenticity comes with all Rockford rings.

Our lifetime warranty offers free diamond and gemstone tightening, cleaning, re-polishing and rhodium plating.

All custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange. Custom orders are limited to exchange for size only within 14 days of receipt.

How to ship your jewelry back
for return, exchange or repair
1. Ship the jewelry in our original jewelry box. If the box is missing, place it into any small box so the jewelry wouldn’t get damaged while in transit.
2. Include warranty card or a note with your original order number which starts with RC#...
3. Specify what needs to be done with the jewelry on a note.
4. Ship the jewelry using hard shipping box (not a soft envelope) via Fedex or UPS insured mail to address bellow:
“SHIPPING DEPARTMENT RC - FL”

5. Follow up with an email after shipping the package.
