Worldwide Shipping is Free on all Rockford products! All orders are shipped fully insured through FedEx or UPS Express services with Signature Confirmation.

INTERNATIONAL
All international packages are shipped via FedEx or UPS services. All items shipped internationally will be subject to any shipping back to the USA covered by the client.Customs

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Rockford Collection offers 14-day return and exchange for unworn products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied and wish to return or exchange your purchase, please notify us within 14 days from the delivery/pick up date and follow shipping instructions below.
Please take note of the following restocking fees for returns and exchanges based on the total price:
To qualify for a return or exchange products must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage and have all original packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.
All custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange. Custom orders are limited to exchange for size only within 14 days of receipt.

How to ship your jewelry back
for return, exchange or repair
1. Ship the jewelry in our original jewelry box. If the box is missing, place it into any small box so the jewelry wouldn’t get damaged while in transit.
2. Include warranty card or a note with your original order number which starts with RC#...
3. Specify what needs to be done with the jewelry on a note.
4. Ship the jewelry using hard shipping box (not a soft envelope) via Fedex or UPS insured mail to address bellow:
“SHIPPING DEPARTMENT RC - FL”

5. Follow up with an email after shipping the package.

REPAIR
Rockford stands behind the quality of every piece; therefore, manufacturing defects will be repaired at no expense to the customer. If a piece is damaged for any reason besides a manufacturing defect, it may be subject to repair or exchange fee.
